Delivery
No refunds on non-faulty clearance items. Returned items will receive a store credit for the cost of the boots. Shipping charge is non-refundable and shipping charges may apply for replacement order.

UK Shipping
Shipping to any UK address for all sale items is a flat rate of £10 per item for Standard service (1-3 days), or £20 per item for guaranteed next day delivery (orders placed before 11am). Saturday delivery is not available.
European Shipping
EU member countries £20 per item. Expect your package in 2-5 working days.
Non EU member countries £25 per item .Expect your package in 3-6 working days.
Worldwide Shipping
Worldwide Delivery is charged at £45 per item. Expect your package in 5-10 working days.
Important note for customers outside the EU & Worldwide customers: Customs & import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient of the goods. LFA has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for rates and further information prior to ordering.
Returns
Non-Faulty Goods - 7 Day Returns
Love From Australia guarantees your full satisfaction with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may exercise your right to return any goods purchased within a 7 day cooling off period starting from the date on which you received your goods.
Conditions of Return
- Love From Australia will refund the full amount of the cost of the goods but not the shipping costs (unless the goods are incorrect or faulty – see below).
- All sale items that are non faulty are non refundable (but may be returned for a store credit which can be used to purchase a replacement).
- In the case of receiving the wrong goods or where goods are faulty, Love From Australia will repair, replace or refund including shipping costs. In the case of a repair please allow 10 days from receipt of goods at our warehouse.

Returns Process
To process a return please complete the following steps:
- Login to your account
- Go to 'My Account' at the top of the page
- Click 'Completed Orders'
- Click the 'View Order Details' button above the order you would like to return item(s) from
- Click the 'Return Item(s)' button
- Complete the form and submit
Once you have made a return request you can view them by going to 'My Account' and clicking 'Return Requests' in the left hand menu.
